how hard is math II?

i barely studied AT ALL and i'm takin it tomorrow. and i'm freaking out here....

how hard is it? is it generally plugging in equations or does it have confusing and tedious work involved?

how do u guys recommend studyin for it the day before?

Math II is easy. :]

lol can u elaborate on that? cuz i'm freaking out. i only started studying like, yesterday. and now i'm totally freaking out. barron's is killing me. i'm lookin at all the equations and i'm like, ***?

you shouldn't procrastinate that much...but anyways, did you take the official CB Math II Practice Test yet?

no i'm studying from barrons right now

well, I recommend you take that first.

Because for last-minute test prep Barrons isn't exactly ideal. You'll just cram too much because of all the superfluous info and abnormally hard tests. Right now you need to be realistic rather than over prepare.

should i just ditch Barrons and go straight to CB?

that's seems more like a reasonable thing to do now.

^yes......

alright thanks meadow. off to CB i go

I had studied from Barron's as well for about a week and I was panicking like mad before I went into the test in October.
When I saw the questions I thought"....what the...This is this EASY?!?"

I got an 800.

Basically, don't panic TOO much. I'm guessing you'll find the test a lot easier than you would expect it to be.

I think CB is better. The first time I took the Math 2, I did it without ANY preparation. The test was more like a practice test for me. I got a mediocre score and decided to retake it a few months later.

This time, I really studied my butt off going through the entire Barron's book, receiving mid-600's.

I was hoping to do well on the test. But I guess I placed way too much pressure on myself because I ended up with a decrease in 10 points from my first test.

I was shocked, disappointed, and just lost after that.
