AP English - A
AP Psych - A
AP Macro - A+
AP Euro - A+
Honors Calc - B...uh...yeah.

First quarter was pretty traumatic for me, at least compared to previous years:
AP English Lang. : B- (I am so dead when my parents find out.....)
AP Spanish Language: A
Honors Band: A+
AP AMerican History: A/A+
AP Chemistry: A+
AP Calculus: B+/A-
Honors Physics (AP not offered): A-

Marching band takes up so much time during the fall....Now I finally feel its effects on my school work....

LET'S STROKE OUR EGOS

My approximate/exact gradez:

AP English 12: ~94%
AP Chemistry: ~95%
AP Psychology: ~101%
AP Biology: 102.36%
AP French: ~95%
AP Calc: 98.3%
GT Intern/Mentorship: 100%

I don't usually do this well. I guess my courseload is easy this year.

umm. i mean. it moves slightly slower than a college differential equations class because we have a whole year to cover a typical semester's worth of material, but our grade is just a test and a quarter final. got a 49/50 on the test, 98/100 on the quarter final.

It's alright, though my mom still isn't open to the idea of boarding school. I'm enjoying the diversity of a large public--football games with mosh pits and face paint, battles of the bands, parties, etc--but I wish school was a wee bit more challenging. I've got all A's except for one B in precalc (arg), and debate looks like it'll be promising for me and my partner. I guess I just need to pick up my game a notch to get everything I want to get done done.

All As except in Chem....w/ an 87, but I'll hopefully be able to pull it up. I'm so glad an A is an A at our school and not a A- or something. My highest grade is a 93 in Precalc, but overall I'm doing really well, especially compared to others w/ my course load.
My social life is basically nonexistant cause of ridiculous school work and job, but my clubs are pretty fun and we're doing some great fundraising this year :)
I just need to pull up that Chem. grade :(

APUSH: 89%- soooo close to an A
Honors Precalc: 84% Always, ALWAYS my worst class
Yearbook: easy A
AP Psych: 95%- best class ever!
Honors Lit: 90%
AP Environmental Science: 87%

So not too too bad. 3 B's, 3 A's. But I just took 2 tests, turned in 3 papers, did 3 projects and a took a quiz so hopefully my grades have gone up in those classes with, less than satisfactory grades.

PREAP PHYSICS: 96
PREAP PRECAL:95
ENGLISH 4: 95
AEROSPACE ENGINEERING: 91
DUAL CREDIT GOVERNMENT: 92
REEL AMERICA: 100

It's awesome.

DP

K, um, somehow I went from a 2.6ish to a 3.8 in less than a week.

It's going to drop again, though...Lmfao.

Lol since my quarter grades don't count for ANYTHING:

AP Macroecon - 106
AP Latin Lit - 99
Philharmonic Orchestra - 99
AP Calculus BC - 102
AP European History - 99
AP English Lit/Comp - 91 < :[
Ew lit.

I wish I had INVENIAMVIAM's epic grades. You're val aren't ya +_+

Eh, screwed up in two of my APs. Screwed up on the easy things that are supposed to help my grade.

APES: A (fun fun! great way to start the day)
AP Bio: B (grrrr should be able to get it up to an A by the end of the semester)
Photo1: A (super fun class)
Honors English 10: A (English is still a joke..)
APWH: B (YAY A B IN HISTORY!)
Spanish3: A or B
Calc1: C ):

I hope I can bring up my math grade up. The material isn't that difficult to understand, but I'm in a time crunch and it's hard to find time to work on problems and practice, which makes me sad.

Booo sophmore year!

AP Bio - A
AP Chem - A
AP Calc BC - B- (I believe, although the quarter isn't over yet)...umm, yeah. It's the hardest class in my school and I haven't had the greatest quarter.
AP Spanish - A
Honors English - A/A- (they use honors to prep us for the AP exam so it's a hard class despite the fact that we don't have AP here)

IPR: 95
AP English: 91
Spanish IV: 99
Trig: 98

IB Calculus - A
AP Computer Science - B (***? so angry! had an A the entire quarter until the very last test!)
AP English Lit - A
IB Chemistry - A
IB French - A
IB American History - A
Research - A

^good job :)

I got my first ever high school C in AP Lit because I handed in one assignment late, and the teacher's pretty strict on tardy assignments. Arghhhh.

Other than that, life's been pretty hectic with college apps (yay for procrastination), schoolwork, and still having tons of fun with friends during the weekend. Can't wait til second semester. :)

im doin alright, i have a B in ap chem and ap history.
However, that is not the reason i posted. One of my friends( shall not be named) got a 0/200 for handing in a project late, and the teacher is apparently VERY strict and will not change the grade. The mp ends pretty soon and the project was half of her final mp grade. She is a really bright student, doing pretty well in her other courses( hon physics and ap history, just to name a few). Is there anything she can do to get her up on her feet. I think she is honestly just giving up considering the fact she will have an E on her report card. Any idea on what she should do? Our grading system is in 5 parts, 1 for each mp and 1 for a combination of the final and midterm. She basically lost an easy A and will have to work really hard just to get to a B. She doesnt know what to do, and i really dont know what to do to help her.

NOt doing so well. I am not getting straight As. Probably I got a C in AP Physics and F in AP Cal.

Will it affect my chance to go to college next year ? I am still a junior.

Not doing so well. I know I'm getting grades from a minimum of 6 A's and 1 B to a maximum of 4 A's and 3 B's.
