<p>Bowdoin is very selective, I think showing interest is pretty important to them. If you can't visit, make sure Jr does something else to show that he's serious about Bowdoin, like asks relevant questions, schedules an alumni interview, etc.</p>
<p>yeah schedule an alumni interview, absolutely. They won't hold a non visit against you, provided you avail yourself to the resources that you CAN reach.</p>
