How important is "Final Report" in decision process?

Hi all, I am an international student, and due to our exam date and term times, I just received my final, graduating results for a national examination. My school just submitted my final report on Common App.

I applied Regular Decision for a few colleges, mostly not rolling admission. At this point in time, how important do you think my newly submitted Final Report will be?

I think colleges are more than midway through the process of selection already, so my Final Report will only act like something of a confirmant. Like an, "ah ha! we knew it about this student all along. this only settles our earlier, almost-confirmed decision".

For the colleges with rolling admission, I think they have more luxury of time to wait for entire application file (including Final Report) to be downloaded before they review an application.

Thanks for your 2 cents, all!

Last question: For the US high school students, it is really common to get admission and scholarship offers BEFORE Final Report is submitted right?

This is the only part I know about. Yes it is very common. Most decisions come out by April 1st while most final transcripts won’t be ready until June or so.
