How is Duke's graduate school placement?

Hi, does anyone have any information regarding how well Duke students place into graduate schools? I was looking for statistics, but haven’t been able to find any.

Thank you!

86% of Duke undergraduates are accepted into grad school. A survey is done annually by the Duke career center. see here for more details

If you need more details, just give the Career center a call, they are very friendly and helpful.

Thanks so much, I hadn’t found that article! Do you have any more statistics regarding the most popular grad schools Duke students attend? Although, the top three are quite encouraging.

It’s Duke University, Stanford University, and Columbia University.

Thanks MBVLoveless. I’m actually looking for more comprehensive data, if anyone knows of any?

I haven’t seen such comprehensive data anywhere. A bit older, but here is WSJ’s list of the top schools that feed into what they consider the top 5 business, law, and medical schools:
https://web.archive.org/web/20111027095415/http://www.wsjclassroomedition.com/pdfs/wsj_college_092503.pdf

Duke ranks #6 (#5 for universities, behind only Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and Stanford), despite not having any of its own school in the list of 15.

Thanks bluedog!
