How is Math 116 over here?

<p>I've heard that 116 is a major weed-out class and stuff like that..</p>

<p>Has anyone here ever taken it during the Summer or Spring? I'm planing on taking it with possibly Bio 171/172, and I'm wondering if it's too much of a course load or not.</p>

<p>If someone could shed some light on the difficulty of math during the summer, that would be great. Thanks</p>

<p>I’ve heard of people taking Calc at a cc or extension program during the summer and having it transfer. I don’t know much about it. Math 116 has a reputation of being difficult.</p>

<p>Yeah, but I’m starting to think 8 credits is a lot just for a Spring or Summer term…</p>
