Weighted GPA: 4.17 (+0.5 for honors and "Pre-IB", with +1.0 for IB and AP--) (Note: Counting core classes only (all electives: all A's, some IB level [e.g. IB TOK or Research for the Extended essay]))
Freshman Year: 1 AP course, 2 "standard", 4 Honors/Pre-IB (1 Foreign language for all 3 years)
Sophomore: 1 AP, 1 "standard", 5 Honors/Pre-IB (Double science-- Physics Honors and Pre-IB Chemistry)
Junior: 3 AP, 1 "standard" (IB Research for the EE), 3 IB (Double Science--IB Biology and IB Chemistry)
Class Rank, as calculated by the school (+1.0 for Honors, AP, and IB--inherently putting me at a disadvantage): roughly top 16%, from data for the first 2 years)
"Academic Trends": Grades steadily declined from Freshman to the first semester of Sophomore year, and climbed back up, peaking with grades for 1st semester of Junior equivalent to 1st semester of Freshman year, in spite of heavier course load
SAT: 2160, not superscored (first time I took the SAT if that helps at all)

Bump
Unweighted GPA (core classes): 3.50
Class rank system is disadvantageous as students are allowed to choose between taking only Honors and AP classes, vs. IB + AP classes. Pre-IB classes tend to be much more difficult than Honors classes though the are not as difficult as IB classes.

Bump…

I’m not about to calculate your total GPA with all classes, but your core-specific GPA is a little low. Your SAT is… decent. You have good class rigor, though, so you’ll be able to ride on that for a little.
