I'll be staying in this residence hall soon and I was wondering if anyone had any comments or notes about this residence hall. I heard that they're pretty nice and I saw them last summer when I took a tour. If I remember correctly, they've been recently renovated to include more private bathroom space and newer furniture?

Thanks :)

I lived in SnyPhi for two years and my boyfriend is on year three in there. We love it, truly. Then again, we’re both RCAH kids so we have a lot of our classes in the dorms lol.

I will warn you- we have the smallest rooms on campus. They are very nice and newly redone. They were renovated 4 years ago I believe. There is barely enough room for extra furniture in the rooms, but again, they are still very nice. The beds are lofted and are easy to rearrange. you can fit a decent amount of stuff underneath the raised beds (desk, shelves, etc).

The bathrooms are nice. They’re private-ish, but still community bathrooms. We’ve never had a problem with them.

I liked snyder-phillips hall all right. The hall is very pretty and the convenience/proximity to other things/the cafeteria is hard to beat. I was on a singles floor and I didn’t like the anti-social nature of my floor (and I don’t have a lot in common with RCAH kids…although a lot of them are pretty cool), but otherwise it was a decent place to be.
