How is the Comp Sci major at UCLA?

I’m a recent admit at UCLA SEAS and I was admitted as a Civil Engineering major. However, it occurred to me that Computer Science may be a better fit for me and I want to transfer into the major. Is it hard to transfer into a popular major like Comp Sci? How is the Comp Sci program at UCLA?

It’s always ridiculously hard to transfer to CS, especially at a UC.
