<p>Out of state or in state makes all the difference...out of state it's very hard to get aid from what I've heard.</p>
<p>Depends also on the unit and your profile. </p>
<p>In-state, your full need will be met.</p>
<p>Out of state, there will be gaps which you have to hope to fill in with one of the coveted merit awards or departmental/school sscholarships--or outside funds.</p>
