Okay, I know there are some threads discussing this but they are all people arguing about how it will effect our society which is of course interesting and debatable, but I barely see people talking about the new test’s actual content.
Is that because people don’t know yet or are people just too busy discussing its effects on education? I am a sophmore class of 2017 and my first SAT will be the 2016 ones so I am anxious to know how to prepare early, especially since my PSAT scores weren’t so hot.
Thanks
If I were you, I would get a book and start studying to take an SAT before they change it. You still have time. It would just give you a chance to compare the two. From what I’ve heard, people have been telling me I am lucky that I was able to take the current SAT vs. the new one. Here’s a link to College Board’s description of the redesigned SAT: https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/?affiliateId=satsite&bannerId=aru Best of luck to you! I know a lot of people who have taken the SAT their sophomore year.
