how is the social life in uc davis, cal poly slo, or sdsu?

I'm starting off at community college and transferring in as a junior, I may be planning on rushing a fraternity when i get into a four year college. making friends at cc is nearly impossible so i was wondering if they would recruit juniors coming in. i'll be doubling major urban planning, and comunications so i guess i'll be coming in as a sophmore technically.

Haha, it is hard to make friends at a CC. Shameless advertisement: Join Circle K, especially at UC Davis because they are amongst the largest clubs internationally and you will get to know and make a lot of friends for sure because they hang out together.

@tangentline‌ could I possibly join a fraternity if I wanted to?

Absolutely! The fraternities are even more open to the “older” (sophomore, juniors and/or “transfer”) student than sororities! In fact, the whole process is less formal and relaxed! Go for it!
