To make a long story short I was attending Georgia Southern out of high school but things just did not work out for personal reasons and I came home and went to the local college for the remaining part of my Freshman year. I am now about to begin my Sophomore year at Valdosta State which is where I plan on staying and I am nervous whether I will really enjoy it or not. I have visited the campus and I loved it and it is a lot closer to home so most things about it are looking good! Some of my questions are…
What is the party/social scene like?
Do students get excited and attend the Athletic events?
Is there usually always something to do?
What is typically the student turnout at the home football games?
I know college is what you make of it, but from any of yalls experience is Valdosta a school where you can receive a good education and have the time of your life?
Thank you!
