I’m guessing about two or three more years, at least.

Myspace and Xanga died out relatively quickly because they’re pretty much just blogging sits - not too interactive.
facebook is a REAL social networking site.
And also, its sooo much easier to stalk people on it because everyone enters their school or college or town or something. On Myspace everyone makes up their name and age and location.

And these days, we all really like stalking each other (:

rest of my life

I’m sure people will continue to use it for a long time. For me, I don’t even have a facebook so it doesn’t matter:/

^^ coughLOSER

Don’t you want people to stalk you?!

Lol, my mom won’t let me get one:(

For a while, I hope. I like Facebook.

it would take too long for me to move everything i have of fb to a different site.

Twitter on the other hand…I’m hoping that one dies out quickly.
it started a few years ago, i used to follow a lot of smaller bands on there and stuff…and then all of a sudden all these huge celebrities and famous people got twitters and it exploded, and now its just STUPID.

I can’t see it ending any time soon and it will definitly outlast Twitter. Twitter is so stupid, you just post something up on your page and that’s it. It’s like only having status updates on Facebook and that’s it. I bet 95% of my high school actively uses Facebook and I doubt it will go away any time soon.

I have a facebook and I barely use it. I guess I’m waiting until I get to college so I can narrow down my horizons.

I might keep my myspace to reconnect with high school friends, idk.

What are you, 10? xD xD xD xD xD

Facebook’s never gonna die out. It’s just gonna keep on improving, and people will just keep on coming back. I don’t believe that Twitter will die out either. It’s a great way for people like us to see what’s going on in the everyday lives of our idols.

I don’t think it’ll die out for a while. People need it as an excuse to take an inordinate number of pictures of themselves lol

^^I’m 16 1/2 lol. (I felt the need to add that 1/2:))
I also think Twitter will die soon.

Facebook will stick. It’s not gonna die out like myspace. Too many advantages to facebook whereas myspace was just a blog basically. Plus facebook chat owns. Facebook will last for a long time like youtube.

Wartsandall …i’m 17 and 1/2 lol and my parents won’t let me get a facebook…so…
but i think it’ll last a looong time
i plan on getting one though…in college lol

^Thank you! You just made me feel better:> Haha, same here:)

facebook is amazing & will never die out. but i hope to god it, at one point, goes back to the old layout
twitter sucks & will fade out in the next few years [hopefully].
all that said, i pray i won’t be a 90-year-old grandmother still stalking her high school friends via facebook. sigh

lol my parents didnt want me to get a facebook anyway.
i did, and when they found out they didnt really care.

my mom tried to add me on facebook. ignored that ****. :)

I’m 16 1/2 too and my parents wont let me get one! I had a secret one freshman year but it took up way too much of my time and my parents were on to me so I deleted it!
