My school uses snail mail for those and I sent them almost a month ago. Will they be in and processed before the 11/10 deadline?

Here’s a link to Dean J’s blog post from last year notifying EA applicants that anyone missing supporting documents would be getting an email. It’s dated 11/29. It takes a LONG time to process everything and for it to show up in your SIS (ie to go off your to do list). Dean J states specifically “We aren’t mad and you aren’t in trouble. Do not panic. Calmly, but quickly, get us the missing item.” So, make your best effort (as you have) but as you can see, if something isn’t recorded by 11/10 you’re okay. Keep an eye on your ‘to do list’ in SIS. Chances are it will show up shortly. If not and you do get an email later in the month saying yours didn’t show up just request another be sent.
