On the SIS, the To Do list says I'm missing my official transcript and my mid-year report.

What's odd is that it says when I click on the "official transcript" link, it mentions my transcript to a community college that I took courses at over the summer and sent to UVA, so if I didn't send them the transcript, they wouldn't have known about it.

I called a few weeks back, but the voice-recording told me to wait a while. How long should I wait to call and ask what's up?

Dean J recently posted here that it takes a long time for the system to catch up so try not to worry. Sh also stated that if a document is missing from a file they will email the applicant and even make calls if necessary to make sure documents are in. Since both of the documents are school related you don't need to worry because the UVa Admissions office has a process to deal with that.

Did you self report MYR or mail it in?

My MYR hasn't come out yet - it'll be this week, but that's not what I'm worried about.

I just thought it was very strange that my missing document would be from a community college that the admissions office wouldn't have known about if I didn't send it in.

Did you identify it as a school you attended on the common app? That's probably how they know about it

I'll have to check, swoopes. Good thinking. Thanks.
