How long does it usually take to get ready for prom?? Girls only!

Well, our prom is on May 21st and its on a Thursday before Memorial Weekend. On the day, we have a regular school schedule, but i'm planning to not attend school that day because I'm worried I might won;'t have enough time to get ready for prom. I'm going to be doing my own hair and make-up, which will probably take a while to do. I think this is so unreasonable that my school have to choose prom on a weekday..every year at my school, prom has been on Saturdays, plus they have to make the seniors go to school. I'm going to just make up an excuse on that day. Seriously, its senior prom, seniors should get a day off at least! This whole thing is so stupid...why would you make seniors go to school on their prom??!
Anyways, about how long will it take to get prepared and ready for prom? For those of you who already went to prom...

Hmm…When I went to Prom, my friends and I made an all day thing of it. But hair, make-up, and dress time overall didn’t take long, just 3 hours or so. Maybe not even that long if you are not doing anything too wild with your hairand make-up. Hope your Prom is loads of fun!

haha well I’m planning to do a prom up-do…so that might take a while. I already practice it once…its not that complicated.

dont go…problem solved

i spent like 15 minutes getting ready for my prom
well, not including the shower i took before changing

my sister did my hair for 10 minutes and i spent 5 minutes on my makeup
