<p>I'm in the process of writing the "person who influenced you" essay, and it looks like it's going to be about 1 and a half pages (single spaced, font 12, times new roman on word.)</p>
<p>is this too much?</p>
<p>on the application it says no more than 120 lines, 80 characters max per line! Youll have to do a line vs character search. Mine were probably one page a then a little per essay. my statement of purpose is simply two solid paragraphs. </p>
<p>*i got in as a freshman, but got an almost full ride to another school (now im gonna transfer back to UT) and i followed the same essay guidelines then!</p>
<p>UT essay reader came to our school today and said it should be around 2 to 3 pages single spaced</p>
