<p>I'm talking specifically about the one that you have 35 minutes to write on the test, with the quote. How many words?</p>
<p>Are you talking about the DBQ? It’s a little confusing…anyway for that I probably wrote about 4 pages on the test (that had huge spacing for the lines) and ended up with a 5. No idea about word count though…the length of the essay doesn’t matter nearly as much as how much information you include, which should ideally be a lot.</p>
<p>No, I think it’s called a free response essay? I just wrote one for HW and it’s 660 words and it looks really long :P</p>
<p>Out of three AP exams I’ve taken, I got a 4 and two 5’s. Two of those exams were U.S. History and European History. I wrote about 2 pages per FRQ. For a DBQ, I usually wrote about 3.</p>
<p>I took AP Euro last year, got a 5, and wrote maybe about 2 to 2.5 pages for each FRQ and maybe 3.5 for the DBQ.</p>
