So I sent the scores through registration for the october 1 test and they finally showed up as “fulfilled” on my collegeboard account on the 29th. But when I check the portals of the colleges where the scores were sent, they all all say that they havent received my scores. One of the schools has a deadline on november 1st and they say that the scores have to be in by the deadline. If you know anything that could help, i would really appreciate it, I am getting very nervous.
Where on college board can you see “fulfilled” ? Can’t even seem to find that.
when you look at your scores, you click see sent scores, then score sends, and on status it will say awaiting fulfillment or fulfilled
It can take anywhere from 1-7 days for a college to process your scores once CB sends them. My final 5 score sends were marked “fulfilled” on the 28th and 2 of the schools haven’t processed them so it’s completely normal. Just think about how many test scores they are processing right now.
The scores are sent electroncially by placing them into an online account that the college has with CB. If stated status is fulfilled, that means that step has occurred. That also means that offically the college has in fact received the scores since it is the owner of the account into which the scores are placed and thus the scores are already “in by November 1.” The issue then simply becomes how long it takes the college to download the info in that account and then match it to your online application account. Some colleges do that in no more than a day, some take up to two weeks, many are somewhere in between.
