Son applied Nov 15, still hasn’t receive any confirmation from UW, just the confirmation from Common App that he applied and paid. I’ve checked alllll the email folders. Every other college has responded in 24 hours with an ID for the application portal.

You applied at the application deadline with two working days to process the app at a large state university with 60,000 others. Patience.
UW applicants typically receive an email with their UW NetID within 24-48 hours of submitting their application. However, there can sometimes be delays in processing applications, so it is possible that your son’s application is still being reviewed.
If your son has not received an email with his UW NetID within 48 hours, he can contact the UW Admissions Office for assistance.
