I can’t really add any insight, unfortunately. Emory – and also its Oxford campus-- has a low admit rate, so it’s not easy for anyone. Consider reading Jeff Seligo’s book, where he was embedded in Emory’s admissions office as they made their decisions.

Ah I put the recs ranking just as a rough estimate, I don’t know for sure how good the actual letters are
