I’ve never been able to pull a true all-nighter, although there were many nights when I’d only gotten around 3 hours of sleep (mainly because of huge projects/essays due the next day). Any less than that and I will not be able to function whatsoever the next day.

I’ve never pulled an all nighter. I have to have 7-8 hours of sleep or I am a mess at school the next day. I usually just skim my notes before bed, the night before the test. Then, I study during school and on the way to school the next day. If I stayed up all night studying, It wouldn’t matter how well I knew the stuff, I would be too out of it to take the test.

Lol I bet I might pull one or two in college since I’m on the pre-med track But honestly, studying until 10:30 (I rarely study that late anyway) works just fine for me. I study during school the following day too. I don’t know…the atmosphere at my school is so different than that of any other school. I mean, kids have pulled all-nighters, but that’s just because of the dreaded Latin projects or the occasional awful final.

I won’t pull an all-nighter, but I will have nights where I get around two hours of sleep. I think those have happened like five times this year.

Probably over 30 throughout all of high school. Many possible sleeping hours were stripped from me because of AP Euro, AP Chem and AP Lit.

I’ve never pulled an all-nighter. The least amount of sleep I’ve gotten would be like 5 hours.

10 or so. All this year, all due to AP Chem (well, one because of an Ap Lang essay).

I’ve only pulled one all-nighter for an academic reason (an AP Lang paper), but I’ve definitely stayed up for many, many hours while traveling. Two summers ago, I took a red-eye to visit a friend across the country, waited in line all the next day to see the last Harry Potter movie, and then sat through the midnight showing… what is that, 66 hours or something? :D

Well… practically every summer vaction… duuuh!
srsly, nothing better than an all-nighter with ma cousins… we have so much fun, sleep is just useless! It’s the enemy… no time for that!
I would sleep a few hours a day to keep myself going (like 3 or sth) sometimes every 2 days… that’s life man :D

But school wise…
well let’s say I woulda said “Oh no! hell no! I won’t concentrate!” a year ago. But this year, in my 1st semester’s term exams, all nighters were my second name! It backfires, yes indeed. But what to do with a procrastinating idiot like myself…

All-nighter: once in 11th and once in 12th.

Less than 3hrs: countless!!! The reasons are many: exams, friends, sisters and bros in summer vacations, just couldn’t get sleep and the last “my higher secondary school started at 6AM and ended at 10:30PM. I stay 19km away from my school and I also studied after coming home. So basically every night”.

Like any procrastinator, I pushed aside my National History Day project till the very last minute. I had to write a 2,500 word essay with tons of primary and secondary sources included. I did work on it the week before but 2 nights before the deadline, I realized my essay wasn’t good enough so I redid my essay all over. The first night I stayed up till 4 a.m researching and planning out my essay. The next night I came straight from sports and slept till 7 p.m. From 7 p.m. I cranked out my essay till 11:45 p.m and submitted my essay before the midnight deadline. The following week we went to districts and I won.

I’m a junior right bow and I’m proud to say I have never needed to pull an all nighter.
However, there was this project that ket me up until 3am once so I got 3-ish hours of sleep. Never again…
I thought the project was due on Monday, following a three day weekend, so I was like… Ok I’ll start on Thursday. Then I get a text from my friend asking to see my project and well… You guys can figure it out from there…

I’m a sophomore currently in IB-MYP, and I haven’t had to pull an all-nighter yet, although I’ve come close to doing so on multiple occasions over the past two years. This has happened mostly in English where I’d procrastinate on large reading assignments that we had two months to do, and ended up doing an entire 2500+ word assignment in one night. Not fun.

I’m a senior. I’ve never pulled a literal all-nighter on a school night, but I’ve had about 5 nights with 3 hours of sleep or less. Every time we finish a novel in my lit class, we have this big project-ish type thing due, and EVERY TIME I leave it until the night before to start. Sometimes I don’t even start until 9 that night… so yeah, that’s been that cause of most of my “all-nighters.” On the other hand, my sleep schedule just kind of sucks in general, so 4-6 hours of sleep is pretty common for me on a regular basis. Anything less than four starts feeling like the danger zone though, haha.

Well I’m a freshman in hs, taking 3 AP’s, and this all so new to me, so yea I stay up pretty often. Yesterday night I went to bed at 4:00am woke up 6:10am. Woooo living the vida loca!!!

I stay up all night everyday. Lol

I never pull all nighters to study, and fortunately I have not had to pull any all nighters for work. The way I see it, if its just not worth going on no sleep just to study for a test. But then again, I’m not really that serious of a student and I takes things too easy at times. The least amount of hours of sleep I think I have gotten in my high school career is 5, when I stayed up until 3 studying for my History mid term, but my exam was at 1:30 the next day so I could’ve gotten a normal amount of sleep.

Usually once or twice a week. Today I had a final and I haven’t gone to bed since tuesday.

^ Omg and my friends this I don’t sleep! I generally get between 4-5 hours a night, sometimes less, generally not more. I’ve only pulled a few all-nighters because my school doesn’t really offer AP’s for juniors, so I’m self-studying two and they’re not very difficult. However, past around 1 or 2am, my brain stops functioning and I can’t study anymore, even with caffeine. Anyone have suggestions for that, because although I wouldn’t mind staying up later and getting more done, there’s no point if I can’t study!!

I don’t pull all nighters, unless it’s for fun during the summer! There’s just a point for me where if I study anymore, it will just backfire and hurt my grade. However, I have insomnia, and sometimes will only get like 4 hours of sleep.
