how many and which SAT II did u take

I took 3 because most schools I'm applying to require 3.
I took Math Level II, Literature, and Biology E.

I took 6... Just cause I felt like it ^^
Math 2c, French w/Listening, Japanese w/Listening, Biology E, Physics, French Reading

will merely taking sic/math subjects make you look at a typical asian, whcih schools are so tired with.

Well most schools require a math subject test.
And a few of the schools I applied to also required a science one.
Which is why I have a math, science, literature.

ditto to everything ohh miss zanna said :]

I took six, which is probably excessive, but it seemed to make sense at the time. I started with French and Literature because I figured they'd be easiest, and then for a while I considered applying to MIT, which requires math and a science, but I didn't know which science would be easier, so I ended up taking Math II, Chemistry, and Biology-M. Finally, I took Spanish because I'm self-studying and don't have any classes on my transcript, so taking the subject test seemed like the most logical way to show my progress.

i took math 1, math 2, lit, and physics

I took 3, mostly because I couldn't afford to take more, and because the colleges I'm applying to wanted science/math tests -- Math IIC, Physics, Chemistry.

I took five, I had planned on doing Math II and Chem, decided to take Literature, the day before, as I did well on practice test, then took Bio E and Physics later...

Which test do u find the easiest.
I noticed most of you guys took lit but i heard that test was one of the hard ones

Hah, you know, I actually think Lit was the easiest in my set... I blew through it with at least 5 minutes to spare even after my spot checking.

I think it's normally just hard because of the poems. Some of my friends who took the same test and normally score awesome on anything that's "regular" English (passage analysis) got low 700s.

I think I aced @ least 1 poetry set solely because the writing sounded like something my friend might write, and I answered everything based on what one of her poems would mean lol.

Perhaps right after the tests I felt better with my Biology one? but scorewise, I did much better on the English Lit (you might consider looking at the SAT Reflections thread because it holds lots of scores and opinions about the tests :])

Lit, French reading, US History.

Haha, no math or science. Lit was super easy for me, but people do have trouble with it. I think a reason a lot of people take it is that it's one pretty much everyone has had school preparation for, and doesn't necessarily benefit from being taken immediately after the corresponding AP test.

Well, Just 1 (Bio-M) now.

I plan on taking World History, and Chemistry.

Then, junior year, American History, Math (if I've caught up to Precalc by then) and Latin.

Literature if I don't do well on any of the 5 other tests.

6 sounds excessive, but spread out, it isn't that much. Plus, then you get your pick.

Lit, Math II, and Spanish w/ Listening.

Lit was definitely the easiest for me.

i took bioM freshman year (june)
then chemistry sophomore year (june)
then us history junior (may right after AP)
and mathIIc senior (october)

i did best on mathIIc....i thought it and us history were the easiest. chem raped me haha. i totally wasnt prepared for it and had to take it far away in a ghetto with no bathrooms and had a plane to catch that afternoon.

so four total, really spread out.

chemistry, math iic, literature
took everything except for lit twice

i went up 10 pts math second time around... 40 pts chemistry :) (after NO studying. so yeah, retakes are good!)

I did not prepare at all for the first time (and only time I thought I could take them) I took Math 2, Chem, and Lit. Did bad on all 3, aweful on lit. Decided to retake all and prep for them, except lit which I sucked too much on, and they don't have a prep guide, so I took Physics and did ok, considering I have less than a semester of it. And I went up 90 points in math to an 800 and 80 in chem.

taking three:
Bio M
Math IIC
Chemistry

takin chem, world history

next year either physics, lit, and us history

followin year bio, math

p.s. it doesnt hurt if u take a lot of sat II's. try and get atleast 700 on each
