As of right now, 12, but maybe 14 if I choose to take AP Lit/Comp. and AP Spanish senior year

you're completely insane. how the hell are you taking so many ap's?

total 5...10 by senior. You're crazy

i'm taking 8 this year, took 4 last year
will take 7 next year

(it only costs like 6 bucks to take an exam at our school)

Sorry, I meant I will have 12 AP's by graduation, not this year alone

The guy that'll have 19 is the insane one!

6 this year, 8 next year

14 in total within senior year.

(it only costs like 6 bucks to take an exam at our school)

Is it just me, or is that either BS or my school SUCKS!

We pay $82 for each exam.

probably 10 - 15 depending on how lazy I decide to be. I'll probably end up self-studying a couple like psych and stats; I still want to take some fun classes during the school year ^_^.

We have to pay the full 82 bucks for the APs. :( :(!

You guys are crazy man. I only have 5 this year, and 7 next year.

my school is so lame, they only offer like 9 APs, and some suck
only science ap is Environmental (and computer science if u count that lol). how duuuuuummmmmmb, yah and i dont plan to self study any, so

right now im in AP euro (sophomore yr)
next year i want ap calc, ap USH, ap comp sci-java (stupid school's AP limit is two/year! but hopefully i can work something out)
senior year - maybe ap stat but i dunno, maybe ap spanish, and probably an economics one

My school only offers 4--1 got cancelled, and 2 you can only take senior year...I say my school wins in the lamness category.

im taking 2 this year, 3-4 next year, and 1-2 senior year

oh, sry, it's not 6 bucks

it's 7, i just checked

we do the missouri testing program or something
and if u score high on the test (to prove that the school did good), then, they reward you by reducing the fee

How many classes do you guys have per semester? My school does block scheduling so we only have four, and most AP classes are full year classes. Therefore, the most AP exams that I could be taking this year would be 4, unless I took one of the few semester AP classes. AP classes in my school are very intense and I don't know anyone in my grade (Jr.) taking more than 3, so how are you guys taking so many? I am taking two AP classes this year, Calculus and Physics, and I find my schedule to be very demanding.

Well I'm a junior and I take three: USH, Calc BC, and Chem. An acquaintance of mine takes four and she takes all the APs I take plus French language. I know a few others who takes three. But in general most take two(most of the kids who took honors in 10th grade) Chem or bio and USH. The rigorousness of my classes are kind of whimsical. For Calc I really don't do anything. I just wake up 15 minutes before school starts and do the homework. It's easy, but maybe it's because I have a great teacher. I think the best teacher in the school. Anyways I just took the Calc final today in the cafeteria. So basically we'll self-study in class or ask him questions.
For USH it is rigorous when I have a lot of assignments like essay, DBQ, quiz etc.
For Chem, it is quite strenuous right now. My teacher just handed us like 5 free response for every topic, a total of 60 free response questions, and we have a free response test Monday.
In general it is demanding, but I find it manageable.

just two:

AP English Language and Composition
AP English Literature and Composition

they are the only ones of use to me of the 5 i'm taking this year

Yeah how do you make rrom for 8 exams in 1 year? The most I can take is 3 this year, that's being ahead a year in math, and 4 next year, although one is French and I won't have taken AP French, just regular 3 years. We have a 6 period schedule and all AP classes are full year classes.

I have 11 racked up right now but I could have taken more but I found some of them to be kind of useless.

ok, for me, this year,

i'm taking the classes
ap gov, comparative gov, bio, lang, calc, us history

then, i'm self studying environmental science
and taking ap stat for the heck of it

I'm taking three AP exams this year and probably between four to five next year.
