AP AB is the subscore.

Use this guide:

[AP Exam Master Guide to College Credit](http://www.apexamreview.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=312:ap-exam-master-guide-to-college-credit&catid=33:blog&Itemid=17)

Basically what you have to do is go to the college’s website and see what APs they accept and what classes they let you skip. Its hard to explain, read the guide. It covers everything you need to know and has a planning worksheet to print out and fill out. Planning is important because if you don’t plan, you’ll find out that you might have taken aps that don’t give you any credit. What a waste.

In regards to your classes, you need to verify if you need to take both those calc APs. Sometimes one calc AP is enough to pass calculus one in college.

State schools are often more generous with AP credit. Some schools only give you placement, but not credit. For example, you can skip to a higher level of the subject. So killer is right; you ave to look it up for each school. To answer your question: Yes it is possible to be awarded more than 30 credits (average number of credits for one year) for AP classes.

thanks,that helps lot.

Right off the bat, one that you’re missing is an English course. You’ll have to look, as the others have said, at individual colleges’ requirements to see if you need (or can take in lieu of) AP Lang., AP Lit., or both. The site that was linked to above really helps with what you’re looking for. ;)
