Freshman: 0 (none allowed)
Sophomore: 4 (I took human Geo, psych, Euro, and Environmental)
Junior: 5 (Art history, Chem, Gov, US, Lang)
Senior: I plan to take all college classes (Elon uni) but I’ll take AP lit and maybe bio at school.

Freshmen: 1
Sophomore: 2
Junior: 6
Senior: 7

I will have taken a total of 16 AP exams by the end of the high school. AP Human Geography, AP World History, AP Comparative Government & Politics, AP U.S. Government & Politics, AP U.S. History, AP English Language, AP Biology, AP Statistics, AP Psychology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics B, AP Calculus BC, AP English Literature, AP Computer Science A, AP Macroeconomics, and AP Microeconomics.

9th: Calc BC, Human Geography and Chem
10th: Gov/Econ, Music Theory and Physics B
I don’t know what I’ll take in the next years.

7 by the time I graduate.
My school only allows junior/seniors to take APs.

9th: AP Human Geography
10th(currently): AP World History

There’s only like 10 other APs, but I’m going to do the IB Diploma though.

Freshman: not allowed
Sophomore: APUSH, the only one available haha
Junior: Goverment, Language, Psychology
Senior: going to doing biology, Literature, economics then probably stats and world history if they switch our shedules from block to 7 classes, which they’ve been considering for a while

I can’t believe people on this website take so many APs. There’s too many pre-reqs and required courses at my school to ever be able to take that many!

I’m still a freshman but as of now the plan is:

Freshman - none offered.

Sophomore - Euro, maybe Bio but I highly doubt it.

Junior - Spanish, Gov., Art History, APUSH, something English maybe.

Senior - 3 -4 more.

I’m really just not smart enough for the Science / Math ones (although I think Stats is doable senior year.) So I’ll settle for 7-9 “softer” APs.

Freshman Year (Im currently in): None Offered

Sophomore Year: None offered (May change since school is new).

Junior Year: AP Chemistry and AP Literature (Definitely taking both) These are the only two so far for junior year but then again, this may change.

Senior Year: AP Calculus, AP Biology (Definitely), AP British Literature, AP Spanish, and AP Statistics

Freshman: None offered
Sophomore: None offered
Junior: 3 (english, chem, history)/3
Senior: 2 (calculus, music theory)/3 (not doing art)

4 dual enrollment out of I don’t know how many. Taking Spanish, Physics, Academic Writing, and Modern European History (at once)

7 (Euro, Psych, APUSH, English Literature, Calc AB, Statistics, AP Comp Gov or AP Bio)

Enough to be a senior in high school and then enter college as a senior (too bad it still means 3 years as an engineering major).

Freshman year: 0
Sophomore year: 2
Junior year: 4
Senior year: 7
Total: 13 (I know, I was lazy and should have self-studied 3 or 4 more)

0, 1, 4, 5 total is 10

Frosh: 0 (I hate my school for keeping 9th grade in middle school)
Sohp: 0 (only offered Euro)
Junior: 5, self study 2
Senior: 5, self study 1

Any one else find that being in band gets in the way of taking more AP classes?

Self study (this year): Computer Science A

That’s a total of 7 at school (6 if you don’t count gov/econ separately), 8 if you include Computer Science A.

I probably won’t take the AP exams for every AP senior year, so for exams taken, probably 6 or 7.

Freshman: biology (my counselor would not let me take this, but I talked to the teacher and proved I was ready to take it by scoring better on the first two tests than the other students taking the class)
Sophomore: chemistry and world history
