4 through my school
2 will taken at Yale and be equivalent of APs

Four...have five on my schedule right now, but I'm dropping APES. It's my senior year...and I hate science labs.

because they're easy and I'm actually genuinely interested in those subjects and they're not offered in my school and/or I don't have space for them. And this might sound a little weird but at my school basically everybody does it PEER PRESSURE lol...

1 sophmore year
4 junior year + 2 self study
3 senior year + 1 online + 0-3 self study

Rising junior-3
When I'm a senior-Probably 3 or 4

as a junior i took 1 [ap calc ab] and now as a senior i'm taking 3 [us. history, ap calc bc and physics]

Ignore my previous post.

2 jr. yr.
4 sr. yr.

I 2nd carsonne.

I'm taking two this year, World Hist and French Language.

It's my first year taking APs!!! I'm going to be a sophomore come Monday.

I had one last year (it was a weirdly awesome combo of AP Lit and AP Lang), and now, in my junior year, I'll be doing APUSH and AP Lit (I have to take AP Lit again in order to take APUSH, sadly), and testing on APUSH and AP Euro, maybe more--who knows.

Sophomore: 1
Junior: 4
Senior: probably 3 APs, 2 SUPA's and a college math class

0, I'm doing IBMYP. I'll probably take AP electives in junior/senior year, though (AP Latin Vergil, maybe Psych, AP US Gov, APUSH, etc etc).

And we all need to keep in mind that how many APs students take depends on the school, as some of the best schools have classes that are more difficult than APs and thus offer fewer than big publics.

3 as a junior..

Only on CC can I feel bad about taking "only" 4 APs...(Senior)

As I've said on another thread, this is my ideal plan:
AP Mario studies, Nintendo extension
AP pro FPS'ers (SF/CS/CoD and the like 1st sem., Huxley/DoD/AA sorta thing 2nd sem.)
AP MMORPG's (2 period class; too large of a scope, from AO/AoC/DA/EQ to GW/MS/FF/WWII)
AP pokemon (All versions)
AP Blizzard Entertainment (probably Sc/Wc mostly, but a dose of D2 won't hurt...also upcoming info about Sc2 would be nice)
AP World of Warcraft (deserves it's own section)
AP Other Consoles Miscellaneous (PS2, GCube, etc...)
But it's only ideal, so if it doesn't work out...ugh.

soph- 1 class, 2 self study

junior- 5 classes

senior- 3 classes, 2 self study (macro/micro for college credit purposes)

sophmore-1 (AP Euro Hist)
junior-2 (AP Chem, AP Engl Lang)
senior-5 (AP Gov, AP Calc, AP Bio, AP Lit, AP Econ)
If you candle the coursework it is not "too much".
If you get frustrated with the work, stay up til 2 in the morning doing homework, then it is probably too much. (This NOT the case with me (so far)).

I took 2 Sophomore year and will take 1 Junior year.
I'm planning to take two math courses senior year, one of which is AP Calc A/B.

3, possibly 4 in school---Chem, English Lit, Music Theory, possibly Latin Vergil

I'm not taking any AP courses...

...but I'm going to take 4 AP exams (Macro/Micro, Calc AB, and AP Spanish Lang)

None now! Best year of my life!

I'm an early admissions student. :D

I took 6 AP classes junior year and two sophomore year.
