None now! Best year of my life!

I'm an early admissions student.

Btw, colleges see your 1st semester schedule when you apply, AND will see 2nd semester as well, along with your grades.

n-o-n-e!!!!

(I'm awaiting my acceptance letter and I applied with only one AP altogether [which I didn't even test for even though I got an A- both semesters])

I took 1 last year (sophmore; world history)
And this year Im taking 3 at school (biology, american history, english language) and 1 self study (art history).
I honestly think out of all of them biology is going to be the hardest, at least it is so far.

I took 1 junior year to "test the waters." AP Lit.

Taking 4 senior year: AP Psych, AP American History, AP American Govt., AP Language. Would have taken AP chem., but it ran the same time as my German 4 class and I didn't want to drop it.

4, as many as I could take at my school.

1 as a freshmen
4 as a sophomore
7 as a junior
6 as a senior + multivaraible calculus and differential equations which are both dual enrollment classes, so 8 if you count those

Freshman: 1 (APAH)
Sophomore: 3 (4-8) (AP Calculus BC, AP Physics B, AP Spanish Language) +1-5 Self-studies... not sure yet

0 as freshman (not allowed)
4 as sophomore
6 as junior.

well, 5 legit ones as junior. I didn't see the point of subjecting myself to a seventh and eighth AP for a ****load of stress.

I know that. Why are you telling me?

There were no APs left for me to take at high school (took 8 exams). And I will have enough credits for an AA degree in the spring, so I'm going to go ahead and get that. I'm taking 18 credit hours this semester.

I'm not applying to ivy leagues or anything. Just state schools.

I know, I know

I took one sophomore year (AP Euro).
Junior year, I’m taking 3 (AP Bio, APUSH, and AP English Lang).
Senior year, I’m taking 3 (AP Stats, AP Spanish Lang, and AP English Lit). Actually, I might take 4 if I choose to take AP Government. I’m still debating whether to do that.
So I’m taking 7 (or 8) AP courses all together. My school offers only 18 AP courses. I don’t meet the prerequisites for 4 (AP Music Theory, AP Art History, AP Studio Art, and AP Computer Science), I can’t do AP French or German Lang because I take Spanish instead, I don’t want to subject myself to AP Chem or AP Physics, and the thought of taking either of the AP Calcs (which would require doubling up and/or arguing with the department chair) makes my head explode. You know why? I hate math. (Is that a rare occurrence on CC?)

3-Freshman
4-Sophomore
4-Junior
6-Senior
I’m thankful that it’s semi-balanced as opposed to 1,3,4,14, that would suck. At least with this, my amount of studying can remain consistent throughout

Freshman - none, not allowed
Sophomore - 1
Junior - 4
Senior - 5
Total of (only) 10. This is unimpressive at my school, someone took 9 APs in one year.

Could have self studied AP world last year because I was in an honors world history class that covered most of it and the other hs in the district offered the class, but I was lazy

So the only AP class I’m taking, next year, is calc

however alongside that I will also be receiving an IB diploma ;)

I’m taking 2 in grade 11 and 2 in grade 12 (doesn’t really count).
I’ll be taking 3 more outside of school

Quite a few.

(NOTE: SS = Self-study)

10th grade - 1

Physics B (SS)

11th grade - 7-10?

Calculus BC (SS)
Chemistry
Comp Sci A? (SS)
English Lang? (SS)
Music Theory
Physics C: Mech (SS)
Physics C: E&M (SS)
Psychology? (SS)
Statistics
US History

12th grade - 4-9?

Biology
Comp Govt? (SS)
English Lit
Env Sci? (SS)
Japanese
Microecon? (SS)
Macroecon? (SS)
US Govt? (SS)
World History

At least 12, and 20 at most (unless I decide to do Human Geo or Euro or Art History for fun >_>). I’m not sure at all about senior year…

Took one as a sophomore and I’m taking 4 next year.

i took 12 in all

1 freshman year (ap world)
2 sophmore year (ap stats, ap psyc)
6 junior year (ap bio, ap calc ab, ap us, ap compsci a, ap spanish, ap language)
3 senior year (ap calc bc, ap lit, ap chemistry)

But our school only offers 4.
I think I will self study Physics C if possible. Maybe Chem or Spanish, also.
