How many Cali kids got into The UC's with 3.2- 3.6 gap 30-33 ACT. Also did ethnicity play a role?

I’m Curious to how many California kids got into the UC’s with 3.2-3.6 gpa and 30-33 ACT. Ethnicity? First generations?
Tell your story please!

First, race isn’t considered in UC or CSU admissions.

You can use many of the reports there to understand the make-up and source of UC students.

look at the detail PDFs at the bottom of this page to see the admission profile from last year.

Based just on the stats, 3.5 and 31, Merced and perhaps Riverside would be the best shot and, no guarantee.

There is a lot of subjectivity in UC admissions so, ECs, essays, accomplishments are considered. Could that applicant get into UCB with the right story and qualifications? you bet! but, it is 1%-2% of admits.

Cal States are much more accessible for someone with those stats.
