How many of you ed applicants have a blinking processing in the upper right corner of your to do list for financial aid . you can find this on the site where you check you app status. wondering if it means anything.. earlier this week there was no blinking.

could it mean your in and they are now going through the fin aid info so a number of aid can be sent out asap after the 10th..

I do know that the fin aid office told me a few weeks ago that they do not review an app for aid until that student has been accepted into Cornell.

I have the blinking “Processing” as well. All of my financial aid materials only recently got to Cornell, though. The office apparently didn’t receive the stuff I mailed before the deadline.

right now; when i click it it opens a new page but my acc and pass doesnt work for it for some reason

edit My bad, it was my browser acting weird and blocking the site; i also have a blinking processing thing too, and it seems I havent submitted my noncustodial profile. is this bad? I’m very nervous right now. Thanks

Can someone please check if they can log in at the moment? I can log in to the self-service and look at app status and everything but when I go to try to check on financial aid another log in page appears so I put all my info in that and then I get this message: You last logged in 3 seconds ago. https://eservice.adminapps.cornell.edu requires users to login within 0 seconds of access. Please log in.
I’ve tried also on my brothers computer too, same thing. I did have the blinking thing a few days ago so I just wanted to see if it was still there.

You guys, if it doesn’t let you sign it, just do it again till you get in. It happens to me almost every time I try, but then I just retype my name and password and it lets me in.

Yeah, I just tried it. No deal. Honestly, don’t worry about it, though. It sounds like we’re all having that difficulty, so it obviously isn’t that big of a deal. Plus, when we first got our password and such, I remember it saying something about certain times of the week being times during which they revamp the system and stuff. At any rate, why do we need to look at it now anyways? We already know there’s a blinking light and an empty “To-Do” list.

Everybody take a deep breath. Let it out. …There. That feels better.

Still have “processing” blinking also. You know when I called Fin. aid office last week to see why my css profile was still listed under to do list, the lady told me that she had all my papers and there was a 'glitch" in the system and she immediatly updated my file. I can’t believe that Cornell would inadvertantly let stuff that appears in the their fin. aid status window to secretly mean someone already got accepted or not…if so, that’s bad! I bet it doesn’t mean anything.
