How many hours of homework should I plan on having Freshman year?

Hi, so I’ll be an incoming freshman in Fall, and I’ll be taking these classes:

  1. Honors 120 (2 credits, 2 days a week for one hour each)
  2. Math 191 (0.5 credits, 1 day a week for one hour--a seminar exploring problems and careers in math)
  3. Music 117 (2 credits, 2 days a week for one hour--beginner guitar class, supposed to be easy A)
  4. REL C 200 (2 credits, 2 days a week for one hour)
  5. Spanish 105 (4 credits, 5 days a week for one hour)
  6. Student Development STDEV 140 (1 night a week for an hour and forty minutes, about decision making and life planning)

I should also mention that in high school, I tended to spend a lot longer with studying and homework than the average student (about 3-5 hours/night).

Also feel free to comment on the difficulty of any individual class if you’ve taken it or any advice in general about studying/homework and how it’s different from high school.

The classic rule is to study 3 hours for each hour in class.
