How many male vs. female APPLICANTS?

Anybody know how many males vs. females apply? Not accepted, but actual applicants. Just curious, becuase it seems like on these threads there are far more males applying, but that's just a gut feeling.

No idea, sorry. I guess you could start a (completely unscientific) survey...

Female: 1
Male: 0

Female: 1
Male: 1

Female: 2
Male: 0

There was actually an ED list by sex a little while back, if you want to look for more unscientific data.

Actually, I think there are more male applicants, and slightly more matriculants. But that is just me remembering it (I could be wrong).

Female: 2
Male: 2

Female: 2
Male: 1

sunshadow lol are you a -1 male?

Edit: i just realized you were making a summary of the previous ones. :p

Yeah, I thought I would be fast enough...;)

Two years ago, number of male applicants: 8744
Two years ago, number of female applicants: 7766

I'm not sure exactly how typical these figures are. If I remember, this was the year there was the 55-45 male-female ratio, so it might have more male applicants than normal?

Hmmm...that's what I thought. And yet, I believe the number ENROLLED ends up being more female, isn't that right?

umm im pretty sure that there are more guys than girls on the campus.. (im looking for the reference right now)

Female: 3
Male: 1

I think it's actually

Female: 3
Male: 2

with WindSlicer and Def890 being the two males... correct me if I'm wrong

Female: 3
Male: 3

Female: 4
Male: 3

doesn't everyone see that this thread isnt working?

i think this is one of those threads that are better off just dying
