Dang, I wish that ivies had contacted me. It would have made me feel smart lol. I probably didn't get anything from them because my ACT wasn't all that great until I took it in December and got it in the range for everywhere.

I got a viewbook/application from Princeton, and got in ED.

I think all of us CC'ers should meet and have one MASSIVE bonfire of all the old college admissions mail. How sweet would that be.

The smoke might block out the sunlight...

ya rlly, save teh treez and earth!!! Recycle!!!

Haha the worst part was, about a week before I got my decision, a fat white envelope from Pton arrived at my door... it was the viewbook and application. >_<

Omg frozen-tears I'da wanted to shoot somebody!

And j07... I think that ought to be VS's new slogan. Has a nice ring to it. And btw, is Pton your first choice?

Absolutely. In a kind of devastatingly amazing, heart pounding, eyes shining, rosy cheeks, adrenaline rush, head over heels homerun in the 9th inning kind of way.

Yea? Me too! We should soooo totally hang out sometime. Like on Prospect Avenue.

You mind ranking the rest of your choices for me?

Ummm...sure! Well, I haven't been accepted to Princeton, but I HOPE we can hang out on Prospect Avenue sometime.

After Princeton, my list would probably go something like:
2. Stanford
3. Yale
4. Harvard
5. Duke
6. Dartmouth
7. UNC/UVA/USC (all tied, all for different reasons)
10. Vanderbilt
11. University of Texas-Austin, Plan II Honors

I've been accepted/likely'd everywhere from # 5 downwards, and I really think I could have an amazing experience at any of those places. They're really different schools, but I have fun everywhere I go.

I believe I would have the most fun at Princeton though. :)
