my class (high school of 2008) of 660 people, we had 26-28 people come here
the previous 2 years we had 40-50

monta vista? :rolleyes:

I’m the only one who got in

About 10 or 15 from my school, out of a class of 600. We’re pretty wealthy, suburban but about 70% of grads go to CC…probably about 5 (myself included!) are going.

It seems like UCLA admits a lot of kids from the inner city type of schools around LA. I must have met about 20 kids from a lot of low performing public schools in the LA/long beach area.

Around 10-15 people at my school out of a class of approximately 200. We’re a small, private and non-coed high school in the San Gabriel Valley…I think about 4-5 are actually going. We’re not that wealthy, but THIS year’s senior class especially has been very promising…one of my friends(valedictorian too) got into Harvard University, and others into great universities as well…:)…we’re a smart bunch. Seeing that only 1 person from last year’s senior class was admitted into UCLA…:/…we’re considered as a big improvement…:)

@VTE
lol how did you guess

about 13 from my school out of 600

about 20-25 for both schools and probably 10 of us going to each.

abt 7 i think

approx. the same for my school. upland has too many students though…

my school sends around 50-60 to ucla and 70-80 to berkeley
