I'm a South Asian student, didn't get offered admission yet under MOSAIC though so I'm a bit worried. How many people are invited to MOSAIC and if you're a minority student who didn't get the admit--are your chances greatly diminished??

No. Given that only a finite number of students can possibly visit through the program, the MOSAIC group does not represent the only people of color who were admitted. There are (and I know) others (of color, obviously) who have not been admitted through MOSIAC and were admitted and are currently Vanderbilt students. I believe who is invited to attend is largely determined through a holistic process.

By this time next week, you should know of your decision. I would stop worrying, and just wait for the news to arrive. Worrying won’t accomplish anything useful at this point.

Good Luck.

I can’t tell you how many people were invited, but I do know about 200 students attended this year.
