If a school requires two or three tests, will they only look at the highest two or three even if you've taken more? These are the scores I have right now:

Math IIC: 790
Japanese with Listening: 780 (am not Japanese, BTW)
US History: 730
Bio M: 690

I'm not happy about that Bio score at all, but will colleges just ignore it since I already have three other ones? Or should I retake it? And is a 730 in US History too low for top schools? I was expecting 750+, so that score is a little disappointing too.

I know this is a really old thread, but I'm bumping it up because no one replied the first time and I'd like an opinion.

The college board records all scores in a score report that is sent to the college. However, schools like to boast high test score averages so they only take into account your top two or three scores. You have three solid scores, and I've never seen a college ask for more than that (btw, three is very rare, only school I know of is Princeton). You are fine where you stand.

On most apps there are 4-6 spaces to fill in SAT II scores even if the school only requires 2-3 though, so do I have to fill in all my scores or can I just put the ones I want them to consider? Maybe I'm making too big of a deal out of this, but I guess I just get paranoid seeing all these people here with four or more 750+ SAT IIs.

well you already have three scores over 700 so you're fine, as to listing the ones you want them to consider, I would personally advise against this because they'll see all your scores regardless on your official score report, so there's no point in hiding it, plus they will only factor the top one, two or three scores depending on the school in question, or else they will be suspicious so you might as well list all of them.
