<p>did you feel akward giving them that many rec forms (8)? I mean i don't want to burden them and make then mad which in turn would result in a bad rec for me.</p>
<p>Also do you think 2 months is a good enough time for 10+ rec's?</p>
<p>well to be honest i did feel a little overdemanding at first, but i think by giving them a very well organized packet with two to three months to write the letters i prevented them from freaking out. i only got positive responses from my recommenders. i do think that the better you know the recommender, the more likely theyll be happy to write the recs no matter how many.</p>
<p>All teachers do is write one letter and copy it 10 times. They spend maybe 10 minutes writing basically the same thing on each of the rec forms. There is little difference between 5 and 10. don't worry about it.</p>
<p>claysoul is right on the money there. when u think about it, all they have to do is cut and paste the address on the top of the same letter, maybe change a word, and thats it. and honestly, the forms dont seem all that time consuming.</p>
