How many sciences do I need during Senior School?

I'm currently in Grade 11 and taking Physics and Chemistry Advanced courses.
For my major, I'm not planning to go towards sciences, so my councellor is insisting that I should just take one AP science for grade 12.
(Possible major of economics)

But for Yale or other ivy leagues...

So I have signed up for AP Physics B
(I was going to take C but again, my councellor insited if I'm not going to become an engineer, take B)
but I'm also worried whether I should take AP chemistry as well.

Is there a specific requirement of how many sciences I should take???
(This is my 3rd year for both Physics and Chemistry // Stopped taking Biology)

I would take both aps...chem and physics.

But wouldn't taking "humanity" AP subjects such as
AP economics and european history be better if I want to major in economics rather than taking science subjects?
(Economics is a humanity major right?)

My current list for next year AP subjects are:

AP Literature
AP Economics
AP European History
AP Calculus BC
AP Physics B
AP Japanese

I have already taken AP Art History, so total of 7 APs..
Would AP chemistry help that much? T^T?

Jesus kids, give it a rest. Don't kill yourself. Senior year is supposed to be fun. And you want to be a humanities major? Then take humanities classes. Hardest does not always equal best. Take what you are interested in... not what you think an admission officer wants to see.
