<p>It depends on how many accepted freshman attend...</p>
<p>somewhere here i read from the NYU administrator that they except like 1,500 but the class is usually 500 because there is a 30% yield rate or from the ones they accept 30% actually attend</p>
<p>plus last year they got 6,000 applicants so the acceptance rate was 28%</p>
<p>There are probably a few spots available each year, but it is extremely competitive so you really need to do well in all your other classes before applying.</p>
