How much aid can I expect with my EFC?

Hi, I submitted the FAFSA today and it calculated EFC to be 4800. Does anyone know a general range of need-based aid I can expect from schools? Most of the schools I'm applying to cost around $50,000 including room/board. Can I expect any aid at all?

Thanks!

Different schools have different abilities to meet need. Most can’t meet need at all, so their aid might be very small, have big loans, or have gaps.

The top elite schools meet need with small or no loans.

Your EFC is too high for Pell.

What schools did you apply to?

What state are you in?
.

It depends on the school and how much need they meet. Obviously you can expect some aid since your need is 45200. If your school meets 100% of your need, then you’ll get around $45200.

Anyways, what schools did you apply for?

I am applying to:

Georgetown
University of Rochester
Brandeis
Emory
Cornell
Stanford
UPenn

I’m from PA

I don’t really know any of those schools, but Cornell and UPenn I know are Ivy Leagues, and Stanford is, well, Stanford, so they’ll probably give you $45200.
