My title is pretty much my question.. How much Chemistry is there in Medicine actually, as compared to the other courses/modules like Physiology, Genetics etc.?

Chemistry is the base of most of biology, and you need to know the foundation before you can get into the specifics of other things.

Lots of Biochem in Med. School.

You definitely need to a solid background in chemistry to understand all the molecular biology and biochemistry that are a significant part of the basic sciences in medical school. The human body is essentially a complex chemical machine. However, you will not be doing any quantities chemistry problem solving in medical school, unless you are involved in research.
