Prices here are 2.99 and have been there for about a week. But today a pair of competing gas stations the next county over, about 25 minutes away, ran their prices down to 2.30something.

Ugh 2.91 is the lowest I've seen and GA usually has the cheapest gas prices too. After 9/11 we went down to about 65 cents but we've broken three dollars at many places.

I always drive on the 1/4 empty to E. haha i'm so cheap.

Actually, down here the gas is only $2.69 but thats because I live near refineries.

surprised they havent figured out a way to reroute the gas shipments so you have to pay more and dont get it straight from the refinery

I got back from the store a bit ago, so I checked.

$2.74

It's $2.79-ish right now.

$2.79 this morning boulder, CO but my parents pay

when gas prices begin to exceed my gpa, i start to worry.

i pay about $3.09 in Ohio because my car only takes the premium gas.

Hahaha!!! Haven't literally laughed out loud at something on here in a while...but that takes the cake wrathofgod64. :)

$3.15/gallon for unleaded regular<--cheapest gas in the 5-mile radius of my house.

its 3.20-3.50 in most places. i feel very nostalgic back in the day...when it was at 89 cents.

The national average is 2.90, not 3.20 like everyone is saying. Exagerations, I say.

that's bad phrasing on my part. i meant most places in and around seattle.

Yeah, but there are still other people on here that are saying things like "ThE aVeRaGe GaS pRiCe Be $4!!!! OmG," so the comment wasn't directly to you.

:( It's rising to $3.30...

I spent $87 on gas the other day (to completely fill it)... and ya... im afraid whats in store. I was using the cheapest gas, granted I was driving an h2, but $87?! I was like O>O WTH!?

(and if your wondering... 3.25)

Changed from euros to dollars and liters to gallons we pay around $6.45 a gallon.

Tooya! Stop! I must implore! STOP! I pray you another car because those are not necessary especially in times like this..maybe this will make people learn about those damn things once and for all.

I mean this one very tiny girl at my school drives one every day and she is by herself in it....

It's 2.94.9 here. Not bad compared to what you guys are paying, but still too much.

Thank you Acura Integra and 33 mpg :D
