I really want to transfer for Fall 2011 from my local CC but I'm a bit concerned that my mediocre high school performance may limit my options. There was a significant upward trend where my last two years of high school my GPA was never lower than a 3.8 on two occasions and every other time was a 4.0.

College Stats
Major: **Chemistry (I want to double major in that and English when I transfer)
**GPA: 4.0
EC's: Research experience currently with genetic cloning. I got the position my first semester at the CC and it's at a really good private university that's partnered with a "high ranking" hospital. I'll continue with that for as long as they'll have me. Phi Theta Kappa, Dean's List, American Chemical Society (I was nominated by the PI of the lab), Honors Program, I play the flute (self-taught at this point). And I worked at a grocery store part-time before I started as a research assistant.
Credits: I have about 29 or 30 currently that will transfer. I'm taking 19 in the upcoming Spring and 8 in the summer. Last spring was my first semester and I've taken an honor's course every semester, even last summer, and I'm taking two in the Spring.

High School:
GPA: 3.2 Class of 2009 --> Upward trend.
ACT: 26
Ranking: Something like in the top 11% of my class.
No AP or Honors courses because of a crappy counselor that lied and said the school didn't offer them when they did.
**ECs: **Research experience with solar cell efficiency with varying types of light and the environment in 11th and 12th grade. Some earlier stuff in 9th grade and a little more in 10th that don't really stand out in my mind currently because they were that insignificant. I signed up for that stuff just for the sake of having something to add on my application later on.

I want to apply to the following schools:
- Case Western Reserve University/B
**- Wellesley College
- Kenyon College
- Vanderbilt University
- Wesleyan University

I would like to have a few more options to consider. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to share them!
