I have two sisters who have graduated from the University of Michigan and a brother who is currently enrolled there. How much will that help my chances there? I have a 1330/2070 SAT score, and a 3.25 UMich GPA. I am OOS.

S was a double legacy (both parents) with a higher GPA, in-state, and it carried little to no weight. A much higher GPA would be needed for an OOS applicant to be competitive for admission than what you have mentioned here.

unless your parents donate money or have inside connections or you are a star athlete or you are URM(meaning black or mexican), sorry to be mean but no you dont have a prayer of getting in

Legacy does not mean much to Michigan. It is factored in, but not to the point where a person who would be rejected is admitted. Generally speaking, sub 3.5 students aren't admitted, unless their school is known for serious grade deflation.
