How much does undergrad. prestige really matter if you're going to grad school?

I got into UCI, UCSC, Mills, Sonoma State, Santa Clara.
I get no financial aid help (needs wise.) So I would be needing to take out loans
For private schools I'd end up w/ 60-80k of loans
and for UC's I'd end up with 40k.
I'd get a full ride at Sonoma (Hutchins School of Liberal Studies) and it's closer to home and in a nice location...which I really like.
The problem is that obviously theres a prestige difference among UCI and SSU.
(UC vs. State ...)
But I am planning on going to grad. school... would it be a better investment to do my undergrad somewhere I feel more comfortable and then do my Grad. school degree somewhere most 'prestigious?'
Isn't that what employers see anyway? The school you graduated from?

The idea of being JUST out of college with that much debt doesn’t really appeal to me… especially if I’m continuing my schooling… but… I mean… would I be screwing myself over choosing Sonoma State over UC Irvine?
I like the idea of small class sizes… and the Hutchins program has 15 students per. class.
But I know prestige does matter, but how much should I look at prestige if I have to have that many loans?

I also got into Dominican, Saint Marys, Chico, Humboldt, U of Portland, Riverside…

But the financial thing is basically the same. I can only afford a State School w/o going into a lot of debt…
