<p>I was accepted to BU SMG (and I’m thrilled, believe me) but I was immediately struck by the financial aid. It looks like it will cost about 40k/year to attend.</p>
<p>I’ve already crossed the school off my list (pending possible requests for more aid), so my question stems primarily from curiosity.</p>
<p>My question is simply, how much $ does the BU community think SMG is worth?
Is it worth $100k?
$150k?</p>
<p>However much you are willing to pay. Business school doesn’t teach that much, its about the connections you make, the experiences you have.</p>
<p>Are you or anyone else on this board familiar with the connections at BU SMG?
Are they comparable to the connections you might get at say, NYU Stern?
I’m guessing not, in which case it seems reasonable to say BU SMG is worth less than Stern. That’s a starting point.</p>
