<p>I really thought it would be today but perhaps not. It’s past 5:30pm EDT and I have been led to believe if it’s not out by 5pm, it’s not coming that day. I may be wrong, but I can’t really tell what UR is planning. Maybe someone else can provide some insight?</p>
