HEy guys ! International student here and I am filling up something called the certificate of finances . The college of Wooster has wanted it. I have one tiny problem . There is a section on the last page which asks how much money do I expect to have on me when I arrive at the uni. I don’t know how much am I supposed to show here ? Do I show that I’ll bring the COA for the full year?

You must be truthful and you must have documentation from the bank that the money is available for you to attend school.
There seem to be two separate types of questions. One is to show you have funds available to pay for at least a year of college. The other type is to find out what you’ll have to live on when you get here and what resources you’ll have for unexpected expenses. Nobody but your family can tell you the answers to those questions.
It sounds like you’re supposed to report how much spending money you expect to have available to you when you arrive at school. Asking what you expect to have anticipates that you will need to make an informed estimate as to the amount.
