<p>Dose the cost for everything include summer?
For example, The website say that we just need to pay around $8300 for housing annual. But When considering the cost of the housing per term,we see that $2670*4=$10680,which is $2380 more@@!!!</p>

<p>For the first year, you usually spend 3 quarters on campus and have one quarter off for summer vacation. That is why you multiple the housing quarterly fee by 3. The following years, you may do a coop. You may be on campus for 4 quarters, but if you do a coop outside of Philadelphia it may be practical to live elsewhere. Most upperclassman rent/share apartments, so the fees for housing will not apply to them.</p>
